Critique : Fidèles à leur style, NORM and the NIGHTMAREZ réalisent là un album à la croisée d'un Psychobilly précis et posé (la voix y est pour beaucoup, il est vrai) et d'un Neo-Rockabilly à la fois minimaliste et sophistiqué. Ceci dit, on trouve également des influences CRAMPSiennes sur certaines guitares, comme "Barrel of a Gun", ce qui vient ajouter de nouvelles dimensions à la musique du groupe.
Il s'agit du 3e album de NORM and the NIGHTMAREZ, mais c'est leur premier sur vinyle. Merci à Crazy Love pour cette édition, car ces titres étaient sortis de manière très confidentielle l'année précédente en format CD.
À noter: l'hommage à NIGEL LEWIS en début d'album, ainsi que le clin d'œil appuyé à "Endless Sleep" sur "Monster Of The Deep".
